LAHORE: Early hours of Saturday morning brought light showers in various areas of Punjab.
Weather regulatory and forecasting authority noted that cities including Lahore, Sahiwal and Chiniot experiences drizzle during early morning hours.
According to meteorological department (MeT) most of Pakistan’s eastern side and upper western areas are expected to enjoy a pleasant weather today.
MeT officials have forecasted light showers in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Gujranwala, Sargodha and Multan today.
Moreover, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan will also be experiencing light rain followed by pleasant weather.
The drizzle has been a blessing in disguise, breaking the prolonged heat spell all across Punjab.
