LAHORE: In wake of the recent terrorist attack on Quetta’s police training college, security has been beefed up in various cities of Punjab – including Faisalabad, Sahiwal and Multan among others.
Additional contingents of police and other security forces have been deployed to meet any untoward situation. A security high alert has been issued in several cities.
Additional personnel have also been called for, to secure sensitive installations and locations. The relevant officials have also reassessed all security measures and initiatives.
